I have been in the business for 26 years and I still get surprised at what can happen. BHC has been asking me to try their Social Security lead program without any cost. Since I have been in a lot of lead programs paying up to $3000 for leads, I was skeptical.

When I get the lead, I deliver the Social Security Guide and leave a book called "Don't Follow The Herd" with them, asking them to read it and I will pick it up in two weeks time. When I went back, I asked one lead if he had any questions for me to answer. He asked, “How do I get into one of these things?” He told me he wanted to retire in 2 or 3 years and wanted a lifetime income. He had $350,000 in a 401(k) that we moved to a bonus annuity. Out of that first mailing I’ve had two sales so far, and I believe I will have another sale after the first of the year.

I’ve been burnt with the promise of good leads so many times I’ve stopped counting. But I’m loving what BHC is giving me because I’m in the door as a friend rather than a salesman. I’ve met with 17 prospects so far, have three closed sales (one was mid six figures) and continue to talk to all but two of the others – some won’t have free money until next year but that’s okay.

The income and other information I’m getting is great because I know what topics to bring up and which to avoid. This SS information is really creating opportunities for me without having to prospect.
